A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, payable by Visa or MasterCard. The balance is payable upon arrival by Visa, MasterCard, or cash.

Stays of three months or longer recieve a discount of 10% per month off of the rental rate and are payable on a month to month basis. A security deposit of half of the monthly rate is required.

The suite and house are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the outside porch or yard.

The Lotus is on the second floor of the house and has a unique Japanese style bathtub, therefore it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
There is a one time cleaning fee of $75 added to the rate.

Cancellation Policy

If a written cancellation notice is made outside 30 days from the check in date, there will be a refund of the reservation deposit less a $100 processing fee. If the Guest provides a written cancellation notice inside 30 days from the check in date, there will be no refunds of any funds received. No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures.

Stays of three months or longer staying month to month are required to give a minimum of 30 days notice of departure or forfeit the security deposit.
